1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WristWorth, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. WristWorth is a watch collection management and social platform. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each person may maintain one account. You agree to provide accurate information about your watch collection. Misrepresenting watches (condition, authenticity, provenance) in marketplace listings may result in account suspension.

3. Collection Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into WristWorth, including watch details, photos, and valuations. You grant WristWorth a license to display this data within the platform as needed to provide the service (e.g., showing your public collection to followers, displaying marketplace listings).

4. Marketplace

WristWorth facilitates introductions between collectors. All transactions are conducted directly between buyer and seller. WristWorth does not guarantee the authenticity, condition, or value of any watch. WristWorth does not hold funds, process payments, or act as an escrow service. Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own due diligence.

5. Valuations & Market Data

Market values, trends, and analytics provided by WristWorth are estimates based on available data and should not be considered professional appraisals. WristWorth is not responsible for investment decisions made based on platform data. For insurance or legal purposes, obtain an independent professional appraisal.

6. Community Standards

Users agree to engage respectfully with other collectors. WristWorth has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Prohibited content and behavior include: harassment and threats, hate speech, sexually explicit material, spam, fraudulent or counterfeit listings, impersonation, and sharing others' private data (including private collection data) without consent.

You can report any content or user from within the WristWorth apps, and you can block any user — a blocked user's content is hidden from you immediately. WristWorth reviews all reports and removes violating content and/or terminates the responsible account within 24 hours.

7. Limitation of Liability

WristWorth is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses resulting from marketplace transactions, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
